  • In 2014, we helped enroll nearly 900 children and adults in health insurance programs.

  • Our “After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens” program supports over 1,500 students each year.

  • We have over 17 case managers helping Yolo County families with health and nutrition education, youth development, chronic disease management, and Cal Fresh outreach and enrollment.

  • In 2014, we completed nearly 700 free tax returns for Yolo County families resulting in $1,093,450 in refunds.

  • We partnered with UC Davis medical students to bring free primary care services to the uninsured and impoverished in Knights Landing, which assisted over 160 patients in 2014.

  • In 2014, we helped over 100 homeless individuals move into permanent housing, and we assisted 50 Yolo County residents who were at risk of becoming homeless.
